New editorial board has been appointed:
Finland: Juhani Kettunen, Mauri Nieminen, Antti Oksanen
Norway: Kari Anne Bråthen, Øystein Holand, Johnny-Leo Jernsletten
Sweden: Öje Danell, Åsa Nordin, Birgitta Åhman
Most of the members of the Editorial board have a broad interest in reindeer and reindeer husbandry. More specifically the board covers the following research fields; botany, reindeer husbandry in general, economy, production, physiology, veterinary medicine, pasture ecology, pasture conditions, ecology, anthropology, reindeer society, reindeer industry, breeding, predators, traditional knowledge, animal nutrition, feeding.
NOR's working committee has also suggested editorial advisers for the journal. The list of editorial advisers will be available in 2010 and will comprise both Nordic and Non-Nordic researchers having research integrity and interests for Rangifer (tame, wild, caribou) or knowledge of the animal or the culture connected to Rangifer.
